Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level across your back.

B. WAIST

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, keeping the tape comfortably fitted.

C. HIPS

Measure around the fullest part of your hips with your feet together.

D. NECK

Measure around the base of your neck where a shirt collar would naturally sit, ensuring the tape is snug but not tight.

E. INSEAM

Measure from the top of the inner thigh to the ankle.

F. HEIGHT

Measure from the top of your head to the floor while standing straight without shoes.
