All of our orders are sent fast and free so you receive your gear as fast as possible! We offer FREE shipping on all orders over NZD $100. Orders under those limits will incur shipping charges as per below.

We aim to have all orders received before 5pm (NZST) shipped the same day, you will receive an email notification confirming when your order is dispatched. In most cases international delivery takes 5-8 business days but on occasion delays may occur as a result of international couriers and customs. More remote areas may take an additional few days to arrive.
Orders will be processed during normal NZST business hours between Monday and Friday. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day in the order they are received. Shipment and delivery of orders is based on product availability, payment processing time and distribution centre processing time.
*Carrier Delays: Shipping carriers are currently experiencing delays due to overwhelming volume and COVID regulations. Please allow up to 5 business days for your tracking information to update once you are notified of shipment. We apologise for any inconvenience these delays may cause and thank you for your continued patience.
Currently we only ship to New Zealand.
Customs Import Duties and Taxes for New Zealand
Orders may be shipped from international distribution centers and may be subjected to customs import duties and/or taxes assessment. If assessed, all applicable import duties and taxes, and/or carrier-related fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the order. These additional charges will be presented upon delivery of the goods and not during checkout, the fee will be collected from the recipient by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery Parcels containing goods above NZD $399 in value are subjected to customs import duties and/or taxes. Parcels containing goods of lesser value are not subject to any import duties and/or taxes. As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country; you may wish to contact the local customs office for more information.
Returns, warranties & conditions
In addition to your legal rights, we allow a refund or exchange for all goods (excluding promotional goods) returned within 30 days of purchase if the goods (including all tags, labels and packaging), are unused, unworn and undamaged provided you have proof of purchase and have complied with the conditions of sale. If goods are purchased between 1st December and 25th December, we will allow a refund or exchange of those goods if returned by 26 January the following year if the goods (including all tags, labels and packaging), are unused, unworn and undamaged provided you have proof of purchase and have complied with the conditions of sale.
Some of our goods come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer against defects. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. We will assess a warranty claim in accordance with your legal rights, upon receipt of a proof of purchase and inspection of the returned good.
To make a return or warranty claim, return the good to your place of purchase or contact our Customer Service team for assistance by either heading to the Contact Us page and one of our Customer Service team will respond as soon as possible or, you can call our Customer Service team on 0800 421 926 during the hours of 11:00am - 7:00pm NZST Monday-Friday (excludes national public holidays).
It is a condition of sale that goods are not resold for commercial purposes and that goods are returned to the country from which they were purchased.
